INCLUDING LOKUTHULA BED AND BREAKFAST AND LOKUTHULA SELF CATERING

FIT TRAVELLER

• Reservations comprising of 1 to 9 paying guests per night.

FIT CANCELLATION POLICY

• Prior to date of arrival:
• More than 60 days – no charge. 59 – 31 days: 25%. 30 -21 days: 50%. 20 – 7 days: 75%. Less than 6 days: 90%.
• The above percentages are based on the total value of the individual reservation as booked.
• During High Season, we reserve the right to charge FULL payment on any bookings cancelled 31 days prior to arrival. A valid voucher or full payment is required 60 days prior to date of arrival for these High Season months to confirm such bookings.
• NO SHOWS – No shows attract a 100% cancellation fee.
• NB. Bookings will be held on provisional basis for 30 days, and if not confirmed within this time will be released automatically.

(Confirmed booking definition: the property has received full payment / deposit or is holding a valid voucher from an authorized credit account holder).

FIT PAYMENT POLICY

• Full pre-payment is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival in order to secure the reservation. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival date full payment within 72 hours is required. In the case of tour operators who have authorized credit arrangements with us a valid voucher is required 30 days prior to arrival date to secure the reservation.

FIT ADVANCE PAYMENT

• A 20% non-refundable deposit or valid voucher from an approved account holder is required to confirm a booking.

GROUP TRAVELLER

• Reservations comprising of 10 or more paying guests per night.

GROUP DEPOSIT

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total value of the booking (or valid voucher to this amount) is required to confirm a group booking.

GROUP BOOKING

Group bookings will only be held on a provisional basis as follows:

• 91 days or more prior to arrival – bookings will be held for 21 days and thereafter released automatically if not confirmed.
• Between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival – bookings will be held for 14 days and thereafter released automatically if not confirmed.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival – bookings will be held for 7 days and thereafter released automatically if not confirmed.
• A valid voucher or full payment is required 60 days prior to date of arrival in High Season to confirm such bookings.

CHANGES TO RATES

• We reserve the right to amend rates subject to any changes in government legislation, but will honour any confirmed bookings at the existing agreed rates.
